I don't know, I don't believe in Adam and Eve anyway so I can't really answer...but think of it this way : it's a fairy tale! everything can happen in fairy tales

When Adam and EVE...sat for their portraits, around 1810 I think it was, the painters found their lack of navels too absurd so took artistic license and added them.

these are only some artists' imagination of what they
looked like. because whatever models the artists were
using had navels, they painted in navels. for all we know God poked
little holes in their tummies where navels of future
generations would be.

Because they were born of parents, not out of dust. Homo sapiens has been around for about 120,000 years - way longer than Adam and Eve.
