umm not really like the first couple of days you do then you learn how to speak with it i had no lisp at all when i had one though and now i have braces and i don't lisp at all. No i don't think a ring on your tounge can get stuck well there would be a small chance and depends on the sixe but most likely not

You can reduce the effects of a lisp by putting denture holder on the retainer plastic. Keeps it solidly in place all day. A tongue ring will rub against it. Whether it gets stuck depends on how the wires are configured.

at the beginning you can have a lisp, but don't worry it will go away after a week or two. im not sure about the tongue ring but i doubt that i would, i myself have never had a tongur ring so i wouldn't know all the details as to how that would work. just be happy youre at the retainer stage i just got my braces back on!!

You might get a slight lisp but it goes away once you get use to it. Also yes on the tongue ring.

No. Your retainer just makes your teeth stay straight and in line. Your tongue is what makes you lisp your teeth and you really cant get rid of your lisp its just how you are.=)
