well, if its the first date, nothing too big (she might consider it a little pushy and think youre trying to get something out of her). i know this will sound traditional but maybe just some nice flowers. personally, i think that would be really sweet. maybe another small gift that fits her personality.

Don't go overboard on gifts. Starting out with my steady of three years, I always spent all of my money on the dates. Make sure when your starting out that you attempt to pay for both of your expenses. Trust me, the best way to a girl is by buying her movie tickets and dinners. As time wears on it will become a equal split thing. Don't mistake me for comparing girls superficiously but its a subliminal message that you are a good provider.
