I think that the only time an abortion should be considered is if it is a matter of life and death for the mother, and even then the church(Roman Catholic) says that the mother has already had a chance to live so she should give a chance to the unborn child. I am personally against abortions. I think that there are so many things that can be do inorder to prevent a pregnancy. Natural birth control methods can be used (Billings and Rhythm methods). There are also pills, condoms and IUD's.

Don't get me started on this one again!!!
I will keep my answer short - abortion NO, under NO circumstances. No matter the circumstances behind the pregnancy, the baby does not deserve to die. It is an innocent life which could bring complete happiness to any childless couple.
I know there are illnesses out there, but whatever life that child has, is better than not being given the chance. Who says that a baby born with a crippling illness still doesn't feel joy to be around a loving family? NO-ONE can answer that one.
NO, NO & NO again.

Abortion should be illegal. I am a mother of a two year old son and I can't fathom why there is a law out there that states that I could have killed him in the womb if I wanted to. I suffer from a seizure disorder that causes me to take medication that can cause spina bifida or downs in an unborn child and NEVER did I think that if he was diagnosed with one of these disorders that I would simply get rid of him and start over. Abortion is killing innocent babies and it's message teaches young girls that they have an out if they mess up and get pregnant.

I think that more people should consider abortion and adoption period. Think of it this way: far too many people aren't being responsible and taking the necessary measures to avoid pregnancy. These people give birth to children they don't want, but they also refuse to give them up for adoption. Quite a few use them as a welfare meal ticket. These kids grow up knowing they're not wanted, get in more trouble, and eventually they repeat the cycle. I think it's extremely cruel to force children to live in that sort of squalor. It seems to me it's more moral to abort a fetus rather than to let it grow to full term and struggle through a miserable life.

I think that abortion is a barberic practice that deprives a living human being from their inherant right to life. I believe that from the moment of conception, a human is entitled to all of the same rights afforded humans of other ages, and it should be against all laws to kill such a person.
I find it hard to believe that a supreme court decision would provide a final resolution to this situation, I think that we need a Constitutional amendment banning abortion as soon as possible. I think that that amendment should also ban the death penalty, and euthanasia.
Abortion is a violation of civil rights and should be stopped immediately.

I think it's fine. What I think is more effed up were the people years ago that would try to blow up clinics where abortions were happening. I'm not sure how anti abortionists would justify killing full grown people who were supporting families and raising children over the death of someone who hasn't lived a day in the world.

Personally, I'm against it. I think it's wrong to kill an unborn child just because it's unwanted. Even if you are raped or can't take care of it, let someone adopt it. There are hundreds of people that want children and can't have them, give the child a good home. Don't kill it; abortion is murder and it should be outlawed.

Abortion is a horrible thing. Can you honestly say you can live with yourself after killing your own baby. Once the sperm hits the egg that is a baby regardless. Anyone who dosnt want a baby shouldnt be having sex or using different methods of birth control.
Its wrong in so many ways.

I personally feel abortion is wrong if it is used as a form of birth control. I personally feel abortion should be considered as an option if it is a life/death situation for the mother, or if the pregancy is a result of a rape or incest.
