i dont have time to talk trash about people on the computer im to busy being a good mother to my family and taking care of my sick son

that's odd considering you are here complaining now. Not that I'm judging mind you..I complain a lot. LOL I don't have a sick child but I have 2 healthy ones..a husband a dog and 14 birds I take care of..not to mention the house that we all live in.
There are children..or child like adults everywhere. It's a matter of just tolerating/ignoring them. What else is there to do with them.
