to be honest with you, after working in the restraunt industry for many years through college, i waw the way that they cleaned. there is no scrubbinhg when it comes to cups. all they do is spray them with antibacteria soap. they dont scrub them. although antibacteria should do the job, i would rather use a straw than to put my lips where hundred s of other people have put their lips. at home i sip
