no but it is good calcuim and grows strong bones so you can grow tall

no, no more than any other nutrient. That idea is sold to you by the milk marketing boards. Milk is designed for babies, not adults or teens. There are lots of other ways to get the calcium.

it would certainly be possible to eat a nutritionally
complete diet without dairy, but then why would you want
to. genetics is the deciding factor on your height.

no, sorry, your height is determined before you are born in your genetic make up. milk contains calcium which makes your bones stronger but doesn't lengthen them. you can try stretching yourself.
