You could have a religion and still be an atheist, as long as that religion doesn't include a god. All that it means is that you know that god doesn't exist. That's all. An atheist could have a myriad of other supernatural beliefs, and as long as god isn't one of them, they are still atheist by the definition of the word.

we don't belive in Biblical god, there is no way for any1 and i mean even the most right wing of athiest to prove there is no GOD
but what we argue is that there is no Biblical god and it's obvious to the most ppl of this planet.
Christains claims they have around 1 billion ppl but there are around 6+ on the palnet. So not that much after all.
According to Christian encylopedia of 2001 there are 33800 denominations.
Well i guess not every christian thing that all christians are true once but when it calls for numbers they all try to show as one group.
Many things depends on the defenition of the word GOD and i would say most of the planet don't buy into Christian one.
Christians refuse other 1000's gods and mriacles so as other religions do.
We all 99.9 athiests.

If you don't believe in God, how COULD you have a religion?

Non-denominational or agnostic is the complete lack of religion, though, depending on which angle you view it from.

Non-denominational believes in God, but doesn't feel that religion is right.

Agnostic is waiting for proof that God exists, therefore, they adopt no religion.

An atheist does not believe any gods exist. Atheists are not necessarily religionless (there are some Buddhist atheists, for example), nor are the religionless necessarily atheists.

Note that some atheists don't believe gods _don't_ exist - someone who is entirely unsure is still an atheist by definition.

It means you don't believe in god(s). You might still have a non-god based religion of some kind, like Buddhism.

It means you don't believe in any god or gods and recognize them as man-made myths. That is the only thing all atheists have in common. Many, however, share similar beliefs in other areas.

Atheism is a faith all of it's own. A belief in anything without proof takes faith. Since it is impossible to prove one way or the other whether or not God exists, it takes faith to believe either stance.

It means both, actually. But the second one is correct; atheists reject religion altogether (a=without, theis=god)
