I think you just wash it and cut it into slices, with the skin on. They taste kinda like grapes.

You can eat it like an apple, or slice and dice it, peeling it is difficult but if you drop it into hot water for a couple of minutes it helps, and if you prefer it cooked you can wrap in foil and cook in oven or barbie for 12/15 mins or slice it and fry it gently even put it in batter

Peel the skin off and eat it they are great. Or slice thin and eat down to the skin.

STARFRUIT JUICE
Cut a fully ripe starfruit in half like an orange. Squeeze on a citrus juicer. Delicious combined with orange juice or added to taste in mixed drinks.

And the website has other suggestions.

I have never met Richard Arnold, but my suggestion would be to slice it thinly and use it on a salad moe-so for the effect.

Just wash and cut crossways - so it make little stars - and eat!! Yes, skin and all. Very mild fruit.
