Tang Soo Do was one of approximately 30 different Korean styles of Karate. In the early 1970s all the styles but a few, Tang Soo Do being one, united to form Ty Kwan Do. the national sport of South Korea.

Tang-Soo-Do has been around for a very long time, I have been doing it now for a little over 3 yrs. Yes Chuck Norris studied it and is well known for it.

If memory serves me Tang Soo Do was formed in 1945 or right in there. Yes Chuck Norris studied the art.

My brother and sister are Tang Soo Do black belts. Their teacher, Master J.Lee, learned from Grandmaster Jae C.Shin of NJ/Philly area.

I started Tae Kwon Do when I was 9... going for my black belt pretest in two weeks. You are so not to old, one of my instructors started in her 30s and is going for her third degree I think.

OMG!!! i take Tang Soo Do!!!!! it really doesn't have an age, people have studied martial arts since..forever, idk anything about chuck norris though
