I've known people with that same problem. Most people go out and buy all of this frizz control products from wal-mart which make your hair gooey and discusting. There are so many products out there, but most people are confused on which ones to use.
There is one product that works very well. It's called Silk Therapy by Biosilk. This is clearly the number one product which takes away the poof and makes your hair healthy.
If your friend has really frizzy hair, you can get Silk Therapy shampoo, conditioner, and serum. This will take away 100% of the frizz.
Many people are also confused about how often you put frizz serum on and how much. Apply a quarter size amount to the palm of your hand and put it in towel-dried hair. After your hair dries, put more serum of the same amout and fluff it through your hair. You should do tnis everytime you take a shower to achieve virtually controled frizz.
Biosilk Silk Therapy is availible at almost every hair salon at the mall. Trust me, it works. I use it and my hair is frizz free 24/7. Your friend should really try it!

What does it matter to you? It's your friend's hair, not yours. If she had a problem with her hair, she would be on here asking questions about it herself.

Use a hair straightner. I do it everyday to keep my frizz under control. Also use a de-frizzer.

If you are a true friend tell her. Does she like it that way? Be honest to her. Good luck !
