I know this is going to sound strange....but I love burgers, cooked on the grill, fat, juicy and medium ....with mayo, a full slice of red onion, some mashed avocado and slices of baby Swiss, provolone, cheddar, mozzarella and Monterrey jack cheeses. Add just a bit of bean sprouts and lettuce, and it's a feast to die for!
There is a small burger joint in my old hometown, called The Rocket, and they make this burger....it's the most awesome taste sensation...all those flavors coming together make the mouth stand up and salute! In fact...I'm having one of those tonight here at home! :)

Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun. McDonald is your kinda place, cheeseburgers in your face, french fries between you toes, dill pickles up your nose, and don't forget those chocolate shakes, made from polluted lakes !

I like to mis a little brown sugar into the beef before grilling. I always use 70% lean for a jucier burger.
Toppings are:
grilled onion
jalepenos
REAL mayo
lettuce
