If in order to get to this level of existence, did I have to synchronize and vibrate on the same levels of like consciousness' until I formed the me sitting behind this desk?

You have some great questions! My take on this one is that we are composite beings existing on numerous levels simultaneously. As atoms join to form cells and cells join to form organs, human bodies became what they are. Inside the physical body are most of the elements of the planet. Within the emotional body are most of the animalistic characteristics. Then we posess consciousness which comes about as the matter/form interacts with the spiritual realm. So, in answer to your question, we assimilate the other vibrations into ours and synchronize them into us. The you sitting at that desk is composed of a myriad of lifeforms working together in order to create a vehicle for the soul to express itself through. Many of the lifeforms are operating on different vibrations but manage to work together better and better as you achieve mastery over the process of synchronizing them. We take the lower kingdoms higher as we take them into us and together we aspire higher and higher.
