whenever my cat and the neighborhood stray get in a fight, the stray always whoops up on my baby and my baby always backs down. My baby is bigger and stronger than the stray but he always gets beaten. My baby's always been the dominant one, til this stray came alnog. How can I get rid of the stray when we have no pound and I can't find it in my cat loving heart to shoot it?

the stray is a retard, won't let anyone near him a mile away, he won't accept food people give him, and my cat is an outside cat.

they have traps you can set up to catch it and then you can take it to a park or somewhere far away from your house that is if there is not a shelter near by

You can't really do anything about it. Your cat just found someone else stronger or younger than him. It's natural. In nature your cat would actually have to leave cause thats the stray's territory now. But he has the house so just keep him inside if you don't want him to get in fights. Other than that, let him be a cat.

open a can of cat food, mix in a package of rat poison and feed the stray. If it comes back , double the amount of poison.

Works on squirrels too.

jsut ignore them. You baby isnt a baby, its a cat, if it doesnt want to fight it will avoid the areas where the stray is at.

Call animal control. If there is nothing else you can do about this other cat, then stop letting your cat out.
