What will it take to find the right guy for me?

I'm just want to get some other perspective on this...
People consider me a "good catch" - whatever that means. I'm educated, do okay for myself, have a good head, goals and ambitions...I am not fat and I definitely didn't fall from the ugly tree. Beauty, of course, is in the eye of the beholder, and guys have called me everything in a range of "beautiful" to "better than average" (was that a compliment, by the way? I still don't know...). I'm emotionally stable (haha) and not a clingy type of girl. So...what the heck is up?!

I'm not a pisces, and certainly NOT desperate. Thank you very much.

I also have to add that I have long been open to other ethnicities, so it's not like I'm limiting myself.

A lot of times women with a good education have high expectation of what they want. in which it makes it harder for the for u to pick who u want for ur mate.
