I hate that crap!! I doubt there's any way you can figure it out...you can block those calls via your phone company...sometimes i just answer the phone and just stay quiet...see if they say anything...

If you have Spring when the phone rings hit "options" and you can screen the call. A recording will come on so the caller thinks they need to leave a message but really you are listening in. If you choose to pick up you hit "answer" and they can hear you. If not you just don't answer and they will either leave a message or hang up.
This is also good to use if somebody leaves a harassing message, it stores the message as a recording and you can use it as evidence.
Not sure if other phones companies have this feature but Sprint does and it's awesome. Good luck.

I'm not sure there is a way to find out. Just don't answer and if they leave a message you will know. Most important people that call from private numbers will leave contact information.

get privacy manager so you can stop getting these idioic calls and the people have to call straight through. It only costs like 3 extra dollars a month on you phone bill.

Some of them don't want you to know who's calling. There is no way to find out except for answering and asking who it is.
