My brother is so spoiled! he's annoying and gets away with everything! i practically get 10 bruises a day! or an hour! My mom thinks he's an angel worth more than diamonds!! He gets everything he wants!!!!!!!! He's always first in everything and its like im practically ignored! and worst of all he like rubs it in my face with his freakin pride!!! The only people who really know what I'm going through is my best freind and her mom. I feel like I don't even exist. I need advice, someone who knows how to deal with him. So far trying to discipline him doesn't work. Trying to complaining to my mom stinks. and everything just makes her mad and sends me punishment! For now my best freind has come up with a trial-error solution of rubbing things in his face to make him shut up. someone! please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try to ignore his obnoxiousness. He enjoys your reactions to the things he does, that's why he does them, so don't give him the satisfaction. Once he realizes he can't get a rise out of you, he'll stop, eventually. So don't let him push your buttons, no matter what he does. You can complain to your friend about it later, when no one can hear you.
You're parents will probably always favor him in some way, so you might as well get used to it. Of course, you don't have to like it, but you need to be able to deal.
Also, if you stop giving him and them a bad time, the parents might be willing to pay more attention to you. No one likes being nagged at and complained to all the time, right? No matter if it is for a good reason or not. If they see you and your brother getting along better, they might be willing to cut you some slack.

If complaining to your mom hasn't worked, what about getting your best friend's mom to explain the situation? Adults usually listen to each other better than they listen to younger people.
If this gets out of hand, you might want to tell another responsible adult, like other family members. You shouldn't be getting bruised so much.

When he rubbs something in his face, act happy for him. If he is tryig to irritate you ignore him and act as if you don't hear or see anything. He will stop once he sees he can't get anything out of you to irritate you. I would talk to a counselor for them to talk to your mother about what is going on. I had the same problem with a bully. My teacher wouldn't help me. I was 8. I finally asked my mom and she talked to the principal and I ignored the bully. She soon left me alone.

hi, the best thing to do is to , set up a video and a camera to record a video, and hide it somewhere, so it can catch ur brother doin the act! if that doesnt work, then tell ur mom to hide some place and to let ur brother do what he does, then ur mom will catch him!
