Yes, I almost died in one when I was 17. I was in a car with friends and the driver was being a jerk and saying he was a race car driver,my friend and I were screaming to let us out, but he wouldn't and caused the accident... terrifying experience.

yep i was racing a friend and he got the bright idea to do a 180 into the turn lane, well his car did more than a 180 and started to roll back into the lane we were in (i was behind him coming down fast before he did this) so i had to switch lanes to avoid hittin him head on and killin us both. When i did that the back tires broke loose and (magically) slid right through the little section where a drive way was, down the sidewalk and knocked a crosswalk post that was bolted into concrete about 20 feet down the side walk. I was about 2 feet away from swiping a large telephone post and wraping the rear end of the car around it. The funny thing was that I didnt even notice I hit the cross walk sign because all that was on my mind was that dam telephone pole which i managed to avoid. all of this happened at about 80mph. all i could do was scream in the middle of the street at my friend for being so stupid. I was highly pissed cause my car was in pretty much perfect condition, Moral of the story, Race shtty cars on tracks or empty roads with nothing on the sides of them

Yep. A lady ran a red light and slammed into my parents van. We were on our way to some friends house for Christmas morning brunch. Praise the Lord none of us were seriously hurt, except for my dad's knee, and my brother had some whiplash. It was at one of those intersections that are photo enforced so when the lady ran through the light it triggered the cameras, so we actually have pictures of our car accident happening. Everything seems like slow motion when you're in a wreck.

yes and I was knocked out and when I woke the front end of the car was smoking, I think it was starting to catch fire (this was a car with a engine in the back and the gas tank was in front). I finally woke up and someone yelled at me to release the seat belt so they could pull me out the passager side of the car because the door on my side was jammed and would'nt open.
Years later I often don't wear a seat belt and I'm always getting stopped by the police here in calif and getting seat belt tickets.

,2 of my friends were killed and I was severly hurt. I was in the hospital for 3 weeks and in rehab for my arms and leg for over a year. I dont remember the accident but I do remember the pain of the rehab and the loss of my friends...It was a long time ago but you never really forget.

broke my drive shaft on my 69 chev and flipped the car end over end, the shaft broke right out of the trans, all i remember was light, dark, light, dark, and a rending of metal noise, i got out and wobled around next to it, people were running up to me, i could not hear them and my legs felt like jello. i just felt numb and stood in shock for what felt like a minute but was actually closer to an hour, had the car towed back to my house. and salvaged the engine the body was done. but every car since has had a roll cage and a driveshaft loop.

Yes, my boyfriend was driving this lady pulled to our lane without even looking if we were there and trew us on top of the side walk. The car didn't look as bad as it felt, but it was totaled.

My neighbor's daughter was driving me to the market and we were hit by a drunk driver. Everyone survived but I had to physically restrain the daughter from being the living s__t out of the drunk driver.

yeh crashed heaps of cars when i was young dragging people everywhere, never got really hurt though ( touch wood i never do). biggest regret was the damage i did to my GT, was totalled, lesson learned - smashing cars on a regular basis is very expensive!
