I'm going back a few years, but I designed a food bar especially designed for hikers, so it was lots of things like oatmeal and chocolate, with lots of energy to be discharged slowly, to keep them going. It was a good project, because I even designed the wrapper, did the calorie break down and made it look edible. It was yummy!!!! :)

To be perfectly honest you never use your GCSE's- they are just a passport to do your A-Levels. you could do Law GCSE for example and it would not affect any future choices whatsoever. the only thing that you might gain from food tech is a passion for cooking.

There are not incredibly any GCSE matters to choose for from that relate to Dentistry so it does not incredibly count variety what you opt for. despite if, do your maximum suitable in Biology and Chemistry for GCSE and look at taking them for A-point too.

I don't know what a GCSE is, but if it's a test to show off your cooking expertise, why not bake a wedding cake? You can really get creative and I bet no one else will do it.

i did food tech... there is a lot of coursework and you have to do like 24 A3 sheets of nutrition and stuff. but you get to do plenty of cooking and making stuff which is good fun, making your own recipes. good luck with it all.
