I really need all the help I can get, i've tried applying to at least 8 already and no luck, your help is very much appreciated thanx

Citi bank has loans like that do a yahoo search for it :) And also apply for Fafsa.

Well, there aren't really any interest free-loans. There are federally subsidized loans where the govt covers the interest while you are still enrolled, but you can only qualify if you file the FAFSA and have a need.
As far as repayment is concerned, most loan programs are payment free until 6 mos after graduation or 6 mos after you drop below part-time/full-time status depending on the loan.

the federal loans..the subsidized I think..you don't pay interest on while you are in school. The unsubsidized you do..but you can defer it. I might have the two mixed up...but I know that you can get one without interest.
