believe it or not, that belly fat is an indication of health, women are supposed to carry a protective fat layer there. Unfortunately, in our society, any fat on the belly is considered unsightly, as you are proof of. In two weeks, honey you aren't going to change that.
with consistant exercise, you might firm things up in three months or so. There are no magic fixes when it comes to sculpting the body, unless you have several thousands of dollars to pay a plastic surgeon to cut away the tissue you don't want, and then you get to deal with the scars that are left behind.

most people, especially on this site, seem to believe a person can lose weight by exercising. not really. A FULL HOUR of very intense aerobic exercise, even swimming or downhill skiing, burns only a few hundred calories, or less than the calorie count in a single fruit smoothie!
exercise will make you more fit, more toned, and maybe more muscular, but to get thinner, you have to STOP EATING, or at least eat a heck of a lot less.

You can't spot lose fat, just spot tone...to tighten your belly do some crunches or other ab specific exercises...and add something aerobic into your mix, to burn overall body fat and keep your metabolism up...walking or aerobics...I don't do pilates, but I love yoga for flexibility and toning of the body...
Sounds like you've got a decent plan...good luck!

You gotta do sit-ups every night. You could also blend in a banana with soya milk like a smoothie (with a dash of lemon juice), and drink it in the morning as breakfast and before dinner. You can have a regular lunch, but cut down your dinner portion in half. Do this for 10 days and you could lose 5 lbs. If you like grapefruit, maybe have one after lunch to kill some calories. Good luck, you can do it!

lots of sit ups and cardio exercise like running. If you run on a tread mill every day for a 1/2 hour it might actually do something. But you have to run at a decent pace and build up a sweat.

omg i am an expert at this just eat right and exercise and you'll do great. you can also research it at your library and things like that. keep a journal and stay away from high fats and sugar. look at the nutrition facts on the box of what you like to eat. but don't kill yourself over how much you can't eat. just take it easy and go to the gym!
