Sure "he" does. His book is full of contradictions.
In the bible it says that if you pray, your prayer will be answered, no matter what. It says that if you pray for a mountain to move, and you believe, it shall be done.
In Matthew 21:21:
I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and it will be done. If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.
In Mark 11:24:
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
So, go do it. Go gather a group of 100 of the MOST FAITHFUL believers you can muster. I dare you. Take them to a mountain, have them pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Ask Jesus to move the mountain. It shall not be done. Because God is imaginary.

You can take every one that says that God put a lying spirit in the person of that list. It was obviously the evil spirit that lied, and God allowed the demon to possess the person.
Jer 4:10 : The deal was that Isreal would follow God, and God would give them peace. They had peace for a time, and then stopped following God. This tends to be the pattern in the old testament. Because the people did not hold up their end of the deal, they were about to recieve the consequence instead of the reward. The people had felt safe for so long that it seemed decietful to them that they should be attacked now. It is not so much that God decieved them, but that the people decieved themselves by expecting God to uphold his end of the deal while they rebelled against him.
Jer 20:7 This was the opposite of 4:10, He had been preaching that they would be attacked, but the attack had not yet come and he was being ridiculed for it. He felt like the lord had deceived him and that the attack was not truely coming, but God fulfilled his word in his own time.
Eze 14:9 The Amplified bible explains it better. This is confusion due to translation.
9[The prophet has not been granted permission to give an answer to the hypocritical inquirer] but if the prophet does give the man the answer he desires [thus allowing himself to be a party to the inquirer's sin], I the Lord will see to it that the prophet is deceived in his answer, and I will stretch out My hand against him and will destroy him from the midst of My people Israel.
God does not lie, by he does not allow a true prophecy to be given without his permission.
2thess 2:11 God does not Lie, but to those who purposefully reject him he makes believe the lie that they live, sort of a You made your decision, now you are gonna have to live with the consequences scenario.

No, God can not lie. One of the dangers of taking Bible verses out of context is the above question.
For example, in Jeremiah 4:10 and the following verses, God is referring to the last days when the Antichrist deceives the children of Israel by promising peace. Jeremiah was a major prophet, and much of his writing deals with events that have not even happened yet, but can be correlated by studying the book of Revelation.
Another example is Jeremiah 20:7. Jeremiah is having a first class pity party, and most of what he says has absolutely no merit. If you had kept reading the passage, you would find this to be true.
Finally, in 2 Thess 2:11, God is referring to those who have consistently rejected Jesus as the Messiah. This event has not happened yet, because it will occur during the 7 year Tribulation. God's patience has limits. Those who are left during that period and persist in denying and rejecting the Lord will be given their wish. They will be sent a strong delusion so they will not be able to change their minds. God knows when a heart is hardened beyond saving, and He is simply giving the folks what they want.
I won't go into refuting all the above scriptures. However, it is dangerous to take selected verses out of their contexts and presume that they have a meaning all their own.

No. he's a similar the day gone by, on the instant and the next day. To lie may well be against His very being. No, God has not lied. Num 23:19-20 19 God isn't a guy, so he would not lie . he's not human, so he would not substitute his innovations. Has he ever spoken and did not act? Has he ever promised and not carried it by? 20 pay attention, I won a command to bless; God has blessed, and that i won't be ready to opposite it! a million Sam 15:29 29 And he who's the honor of Israel won't lie , nor will he substitute his innovations, for he's not human that he might desire to alter his innovations!" Titus a million:2-3 2 This fact supplies them self assurance that they have eternal existence, which God—who would not lie —promised them earlier the international began. Heb 6:18 18 So God has given the two his promise and his oath. those 2 issues are unchangeable on the grounds it fairly is impossible for God to lie. My heart and soul already belong to the Lord, subsequently, i will't guess it. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, as a results of fact that there are 4 diverse Scriptures above (2 OT and a couple of NT) Are you waiting on your bible learn? :o)

Titus 1;2, In hope of eternal life which God that cannot lie,
promised before the world began;
Did you bother to read the left column on the skeptics link?
Which part of the verse don't you understand?
If none of this is doing it for you, look at it this way.
God is truth. Therefore anything that comes out of His mouth
is Truth. e.g. if God says the the color pink is brown, then
immediately everything in the universe that might have been
pink must now be brown.
if God says that the moon is the sun and vice versa then
the moon becomes the sun and vice versa.
Its not that God "chooses" to lie it just that it is an impossibility.
Hope that this helps you. If not, I would recommend two Christian
web sites: http://www.kcm.org/
and also http://www.rzim.org/ravi.php
Edit: Some of the people have given you some well thought
out and well researched answers. If you don't get it by now
then you are in deep trouble. I hold you in prayer.
I Corinthians 13;8a, Love never fails!!!!!

Yes, you are missing alot. You are taking scripture out of context, without looking into the story behind it. If you take one sentence out of a best selling novel, how much are you going to absorb??
1 Kings 22:23 and 2 Chronicles 18:22 -- This is about Ahab, the king of Israel, who had turned away from God (that is why the division of the land -- the north Israel, the south Judah). Ahab's prophets were telling Ahab anything he wanted to hear, which was victory. Micaiah, a true prophet was trying to discredit the false prophets by saying that God had lied to them.
Jer. 4:10 was a statement made from Jeremiah to God, questioning Him. He was confused, because God promised deliverance for the people of Jerusalem, and they hadn't seen it yet, so they doubted God. Jer. 20:7 was a cry from Jeremiah, because he was afraid. He prophesized to the people, and they were mocking him, and he was asking God "why???"
Ezekiel 14:9 -- God was making a stand against false prophets, who were turning to idol worshipping.
2 Thess. 2:11 -- "them" is the Antichrist, who deceives.
Don't judge God's Word by that website built to destroy. When you read something out of context, without knowing the story behind it, and who is talking to who about whom, then you can misunderstand. Get yourself a Bible, and read not just the one line, but the ones before it and after it. You will understand what is going on.
CS Lewis who wrote Chronicles of Narnia, and who was Athiest, bought a Bible, so he could discredit is wife's new found belief in Christ. He couldn't find any mistakes or contradictions, he accepted Christ, and he became one of the strongest disciples of Christ.
Give God a chance. Quit fighting it. You won't regret it.
God loves you so much. Man, give Him a chance.

If Gods took his hand off of you, you could do or say or breathe, God has no need to lie. What do you believe, to sume all this up you are missing everything. Jesus is the way the Truth and the life. No lie comes from the Truth, Apart from God we are all like dirty rags, meaning that there is no good thing in us and that we are not worth anything, just dirt. Gods ways are not our ways and his though are not our thoughts. To hit on the scriptures that you have looked up. If God removes his presence from any person they are lost and dont know right from left. Example the sun shines all over the entire world right, now is the world affected the same nope, some areas dry up others go, other areas die

1)There are many typographical errors in many books, yet since there are so few perfect humans mistakes do happen;1 Kings 22:23 it is the prophet of GOD talking, not GOD, about the kings "prophets"being enabled by GOD to continue to lie to the king! ditto for II Chronicles 18: 22 2) Jeremiah 4:10 Jeremiah speaks to GOD while chained to the city square on GOD's behalf, ditto on jeremiah 20:7 3)Ezekial 14:9 is about GOD enabling False Prophets ( to work) 4) II Thessalonians 2:11 refers to the Anti-Christ having power from Satan via GOD and sinners will believe the lies,uh-huh! The Truth shall set you free of the words of False Prophets and their 'Books' ! thus No, GOD never lies! by the way who are you to judge GOD? were you there when HE created the universe from nothing?

Titus 1:2 says God cannot lie.
I urge you to stop reading only the King James Version.
Add in the Contemorary English Version, or The New English Bible.
Its not that the KJ is no good, but it was written 500 years ago.
Language (and meaning) changes.
Rely more on more modern translations.

No God can not lie. It also says in Titus 1:2 that God cannot lie. People believe lies out there because they can be deceived very easily. Look how Adam and Eve were decieved by Satan in the Garden of Eden.

God cannot lie--the Father of Lies is Satan....God may put a lying spirit into the ones who will not follow him, as he also says he will turn wicked men over to their sinful natures and let them suffer the consequences basically.
He does allow some to be deceived. And part of that is because of free will....That means he cannot MAKE US BELIEVE IN HIM....because that would be faith by force, He prefers faith by choice.
