well i live @ Lake of the ozarks so i could answer this...
1. Lake of the ozarks
2. Osage River below Bagnell Dam
3. Below Truman Dam in Warsaw Mo.
But you can not fish for them now...Season runs from March 15th thru the end of April

spoonbills? paddle fish,,, they are algae eaters here in the ohio river they are protected by law,you have to release them if caught. in your area the mississippi river seems to be the best place.check local fishing laws for opening dates
