I've gotten hooked on either Sourdough bread toasted with 1 tsp peanut butter on one slice, triple fruit jam on the other, or Raisin-hazelnut bread with the same toppings.
Other times I'll have Activa plain yogurt with frozen field berries mixed in.
Or 25 grapes (green or purple or a mix)
A cappucino yogurt with chocolate chip ice cream cone (1/2 cup of this is less calories than regular) I've had one of these every night for the past week and have still lost weight.
Apple...red delicious are apparently better due to more antioxidents, than green or gold delicious...but an apple is an apple.

yogurt
pretzels
trail mix (from the store, or make up your own)
My idea of a snack would probably be a nice fat dessert or candy bar.
