Probably because the answerer is only 15 or 16 and their parents are irresponsible and not monitoring their child, or they just don't care and they expect the other child's parents to monitor them.
Everyone wants to wash their hands of responsibilty and then they wonder why do people allow or even pressure the government to set laws for us...
People just don't have any respect for each other anymore. Everyone thinks they have a right to do whatever they want regardless of how it impacts anyone else. But, I'm all for Freedom of speech, let the idiots reveal themselves so I can know to avoid them.

Personally if the question looks immature I will check their profile to get an idea of the age.If I can't figure it out I won't answer or I will try to give a simple and honest answer.I don't care for people intentionally trying to hurt a child in here.It is rude and obnoxious of course they are probably children pretending to be an adult. We do get a lot of that in here.In ALL the catagories.

If the asker is a minor...how did they get an account? I thought there was a minimum age requirement. However, I don't this anyone should be rude or answer publicly with 'comments that no kid should hear'...since this is an open forum, not regulated traffic.

I've seen some of these simpleton type questions being asked by foreigners, - who don't know the language.
Folks that answer "in-appropriately" may think they're adults and on the same level. Either way, we should expect a wide varity of responses (diversity for the PC crowd), to any question asked.

My guess would be because there are so many children on here asking "fake" questions just to get a rile out of the posters, that people have become jaded and assume that all kids (and their questions) are false.

People don't necessarily know they are answering a kid. How do you tell? I never know unless they say "I am 8 years old" but I don't think I've ever seen that. And I would probably think they were a lying 40-year-old anyway! :p

I bet many of the crude answers are coming from kids.

If the question either contains horrible grammar and spelling or a narcissistic bad attitude, the kids are asking for it.

Some people hate kids. Others are just plain rude.
