We're traveling to Alaska on the Norwegian Sun next week. Want to pack light, but can't seem to find out what kind of laundry service is available. Also, need to know about internet access. Is it available? What does it cost? Thanks...

Yes you can have laundry done and the charge is per piece. Its kinda expensive as a T-shirt cost about $1.50 each to launder. They also offer clothes pressing services. There will be a laundry bag in your stateroom closet with the price list on the invoice.

Yes you can check email on ships. But Its really expensive for the internet plans they sell. I recommend instead waiting until you get to a port and look for an internet cafe. These will be 100 times cheaper than using the ship facilities. And, they will get better and more consistent service connections.

That info should be in the packet the cruise line sent you, or on their website. But if you want that info and lots more, go to the Boards at CruiseCritic.com. I'm sure you can find your answer there, plus lots of other useful info. Have fun!!
