You could pick up the old lady, because she is going to die, and thus you should save her first; or you could take the old friend because he once saved your life, and this would be the perfect chance to pay him back. However, you may never be able to find your perfect dream lover again.

i'd give the keys to the friend who saved my life and tell him to take the old woman to the hospital. (after all he has ample experience in saving lives - u said he had saved mine!)
and i would join the woman of my dreams for a romantic bus ride to the nearest coffee shop!!

You pick up the best friend. The old lady is going to die so there is nothing you can do to stop that and the man/woman of your dreams is exactly that, of your dreams. Best friends are harder to come by than man/woman of your dreams. It takes a true friend to save your life and almost everyone has a few choice partners to be the man/women of your dreams.

Probably the friend, because the lady is old anyway, and it's her time to go, and the dream lover may be hot, but he could turn out to be an *** in the end. The friend obviously cared enough about me to save my life, so I'd want him/her around the most.

The woman of my dreams, the old lady is going to die on the bus so that would just create problems for me. I would have to go to the hospital and explain to them I picked up an old lady and possibly get a ticket, and or charged with some other crime I didn't do just for being nice. My best friend is taking the bus because he is a loser and got in a car accident and needs to take the bus to get to work. You make your bed you gotta lie in it now buddy. The girl of my dreams and I have some catching up to do so, so shes high priority on my list.

I would pick up the best friend becuase I would love to catch up, not the old woman because if she WAS going to die she would not be out. Nor would I choose the perfect lover because they come with baggage and I would soon find that he is not perfect ...I need to repay my friend, so there's the choice.

Well...Tectnically I don't know who the old grandma is and she could be some bad person (lol maybe!) and tectnically if I just have the "guy of my dreams" number I'm fine so there. So I would go with my best friend. But if I did know the grandma i would let my best friend drive my car and have the grandma be in it and i would just walk home or take a bus or and walk home go with the guy of my dreams. YA. So everybody get's something!!!

Well gee, this is a toughy:
Is the old woman dying of some kind of COMMUNICATABLE DISEASE?!? if so, no way am I picking her up.
Is the friend going to be unable to be paid back at any other time? Cause if not, pay him/her back later; I mean, there was no agreement to pay him back now. Besides, unless you're saving his life in return, it's not really paying him back, and if you ARE saving his life in return, then yah, that beats the old lady (cause she's old anyway). As for the person of one's dreams, it's a bit unrealistic to assume that picking them up will cause them to become your soulmate for all eternity...
Hmmmm.... eh. I guess I'd pick up the friend; strangers scare me.

I would pick the dream woman of course because:
1. The old woman is too old for me and doing her is just gross.
2. Eventhough my bestfriend is a girl, I know pretty well that I can't screw her because of the Best Friend Zone Agreement Act.
or I could also put them all in the trunk and just give a ride to Jessica Alba.
