I hate to be the prick that breaks up the yes party, but no. Think about this logically for a second. If I met a girl and we were together for 2 years and she gradually started to gain weight, i'd be upset. First off, for not taking care of herself, for not taking the time to keep thin and keep herself looking good. It's crude, but it's true

To be honest i'm not sure. If she gained 20-30 pounds ok but after that I'd lose massive interest in her on the physical side and we all know a couple needs to get jiggy with it for it to last. Thing is though that if its genuine love then I guess i'D still love her.

P.S. My friend almost broke up with his girlfriend because she went from 120pounds to 220pounds, thats why i might seem shallow but thats extreme.

Depends on HOW MUCH weight. If I began to date a girl that weighed 130 and a year later she was 160 I'm not to sure. I began dateing her one way and that's they way I would want her to be all the time. A few pounds or so isn't anything but it really depends on how much youre talking about

A person should love someone for their personality and not looks, money, religion, or other superficial things regarding love. If you're dealing with a man who doesn't want to be with you because of weight gain; dump his tired a$$!

This shouldn't even really be a question, I will always love my girl no matter what she looks like. It's not just her appearance I'm in love with here. If someone doesn't love you for who you are then it's not really love at all.

Of course...my wife has gained about 50 pounds or more since we started dating 6 years ago. It happens, who cares? I love her, not her image, and that's that.

Frankly,
If a guy doesn't love you because you have gained weight, then you shouldn't love him. All it means is that he was interested in a booty call and nothing else.

my true love i wouldn't stop loving her nor leave her just for gaining weight....
but...
I believe that beauty on the inside refects on the outside.....and if u gain weight "for no reason" it means somthn inside aint right.
i would leave if my girl drowned her problems in eating and gain wieght cuz of that.

To be completely honest with you, and I think this goes both ways, it would depend on the amount of gain.
