My sister in law had the nerve to try and hook my husband up with one of her friends. Then the cow had the nerve to ask us for two hundred dollars to help her daughter to move into her apartment. So i am asking how do i deal with that....

This woman is not a "stable person", there is obviously emotional issues here. Don't give her any money it will just create more tension (tell her you are not in the position to help her right now).
Then at some point you should recommend counseling to her, and maybe even attend a few with her to help learn how to deal with her "issues" with out it costing you your family.

Don't give her the two hundred dollars. She actually tried to get your husband to go out with someone else while you two were still married? That's pretty crappy. I would hope your husband would think the same.

Let me tell you first I would have kick her butt. And as far as the two hundred dollars tell her what stick she can sit on. Now have a talk with your husband and let him know what his sister is doing.

I say don't speak to her at all until she can grow up and beg on her hands and knees to forgive you. Let her realize that she made a terrible mistake. If she asks one more time, tell her just like this " I'm so sorry but we are not able to lend you the money, Take care."
Whatever you do- DONT GIVE HER THE MONEY!!!!

Remind your husband why he loves you frequently. if you know what I mean. bond with you husband. Ask you sister-in-law to repect you relationship and show her how happy your husband is with you.
