well basic maths is = 55x$6.75=371.25
i have no idea what a w4 form is

well basically 6.75 x 55 would give you $371.25 and if you get paid bi-weekly you'd be bringing home $742.50 if you filed exempt on your W2 form,

But why would you do that because when tax season comes around and everyone else is getting a check from the government you will not be because you filed exempt.

I say let them have the money so you can get a check back around tax season :)

A. You are probably not exempt.

B. With flat over time you will make $371.25 before taxes.

C. With time and a half over time you will make $421.88 before taxes.

Taxes will take about 1/3 of either of those.
