You might want to contact the credit bureaus and request a freeze just in case. The thing about the " freeze" is that it will also prevent you from getting credit until you request it to be removed.

Don't worry about it. People have access to your SS# all day every day. It takes more than a SS# to do something to you. Keep an eye on your credit report every 6 months or so. Its free now.

Contact the 3 credit bureaus and have them put a watch on your credit.

Immediately contact a credit bureau AND your bank. They will take you through the necessary steps to keep your identity from being stolen. Do so NOW.

contact all 3 credit bureaus (equifax, transunion & experian) and your bank ASAP...no waiting, nothing is more important....
