In bed, yes, oral, when done correctly is much appreciated. If a man can not or will not perform oral, then it could be a problem. Out of bed, respect and honesty are just as important. The extra points must be earned out of bed before you make it to the bed. With women, it's more mental. If you treat her right and do sweet things that make her think about you and smile, she'll work with you in the sex dept.

I wouldn't like a guy more in bed even if he gave oral sex and I wouldn't like a guy more if it were in a relationship. I believe that sex should be saved for marriage.

No i wouldn't because to me it's really nasty. Why not just make love regularly. The only thing you should put your mouth on when having sex is your lips. But some girls may just be different.
