Got any tips for staying cool? What is the temp at your place?

I'm in the high desert (Mojave Desert) and it' 107o right now. Yesterday it was 110. Too hot for me to do anything but goof around on the net and stay inside where the air cooler keeps it nice and enjoyable. My husband puts 2 liter bottles of frozen water in it to make it even colder inside which really helps. We have to turn it on by 7:30 or 8am or the house gets unbearable and then it doesn't cool down too good, and keep it running until sometimes 8:30pm.

no cause im from the bay, but i feel bad for all those who are in the valley cause i used to live there an kno wat its like. an its 77
