I've been in this situation several times, because my girlfriend and I do not use protection. Follow these steps:
1. Never openly panic. Calm shows your girlfriend how awesome you are under pressure, and that nothing phases you. It will also get her to listen to you more, which is important for step 4.
2. Find out when in her cycle she is. If she is within one week before her period (safest) or four days after (safer), then you're probably OK. If she's in the middle of her period, go to step 3.
3. Seriously recollect how long did you pull out before you came? If it was really three minutes, you're probably safe. Sure there's "pre-ejaculate", but the sperm count is very low. Did she blow you to get you to ***? If yes, ask her if she could taste your "pre-***" when she was blowing you. If she could not, you're safe. If she could, go to step 4.
4. Get her to take a morning after pill. They're about $40. You can go on line to find a clinic near you that will examine and perscribe the pill. She may experience mild nausiea for a day or two, and her period will be out of whack for a cycle or two, but the side effects are not too severe.

You're not an asshole. Condoms are the worst because they diminish the feeling. Ideally she would go on the birth control pill. If not, then you'll need to use a condom when she's in her danger zone. Good luck, I'll be pulling for you.

Oh sh*t, that was alot of details. Hang on I need to smoke.
Ok, first of all it's very important in the future to always make yourself stop and get a condom. That being said, there realy is no way to know at this point. Pulling out isn't realy a way of keeping pregnancy from happening. There is always some semen that is released during intercourse. The morning after pill would be smart. Just be more careful in the future!

As soon as you put it in and start pumping away there's a risk of her getting pregnant, not to mention some kind of STD.
