Having been in retail, the top complaint is shoddy merchandise.
Number two is missing parts (for those items that have parts)
Number three is high prices.
Number four is limited selection.
Number five is sloppy sales area (clothes all askew or thrown on the ground.)

Rude sales people! They make me crazy! Here I am shelling out good money for something and they act as if they are too busy to wait on me or when they do they act like it is really inconveniencing them. One time one even made the remark that they only made 7 bucks an hour and weren't getting paid enough to give good service. Is it MY fault they have a low paying job? They chose to work it!

How rude "we" (associates) are and the price on the sign not matching the price on the clothing.
