well as in a girl it depensd on the person!! yes i know it IS annoying since sometimes you don't know what that person would like but it also depends on YOU. for instance give that guy something you two have in common, something that you know he'll like and that will remind him of you aswell. for instance i would give a guy probbably something related with music, like a CD since i'm a big music fan and for me that is the most considerate present ever...but it's all up to you!

i did this to my bf's last b-day and he loved it
dress in your sexist thongs and put a dress over it.
cook him his fav dinner
blindfold your boyfriend and lead him into your bedroom
tell him to stand still
take off your dress and lie on the bed,,
holding his presents(in my case, a watch and a tie)
tell him to take off his blindfold
and say"your in control tonight"
