Just because someone is deaf it doesn't mean they are mute! My brother is deaf and so are most of his friends and I have yet to meet a deaf-mute-- My brother is one of the loudest guys i know, whenever he wants to piss me off he just yells or attempts to mumbles bad words!! As far as deaf-mutes if they need to scream in order to get someones attention they just repeatedly wave their hands and arms up in the air.
