Depends how old in the UK, if under 16 and things have really broken down you can always contact social services or the NSPCC they don't only deal with kids who are at risk they are also there to help family's under a lot of stress and having a troubled teenager can cause stress.
If over 16 and the teenager can't live at home anymore there are housing advice services in most major towns who can help find bed and breakfast accommodation.
If you are the troubled teenager you can always try Childline who have trained people who can help. 0800 11 11

Get them into the Air Training Corps, where they will learn discipline, self esteem and help others. They will also work towards their Duke of Edinburgh awards. its great fun, my teenagers go, and they have been flying, gliding, shooting and even helped out at the Granite City Rally

Yes. There is Girls & Boys Town. They provide assistance for runaways and troubled teens. Counseling and places to stay are offered to teens. I have included a link below for your reference. Good luck. :)

Teen Challenge.... Its a wonderful place for troubled teens of all sorts..... Please look in the phone book,,,or call information..... I'm sure there is one near you...........Or,,,a local church can help and refer you to help... Good luck,,,I know life aint easy.......
