they are ok just make sure you get one with the V8 engine, the 6 just isnt enough if your gonna pull anything and the gas mileage isnt really that differrent.
the problem is they arent too roomy. try a ford explorer AFTER 2001, as they are very roomy, have a better ground clearance, and have lost more value so you can get one cheaper.

We had a jeep for the longest time until we traded it in on something new. We loved it. It handled whatever we threw at it. It was large enough for whatever we needed it for and very comfortable. They have the toughness and the comfort that anyone could ever need. They can tow full sized boats if you wanted it to, so yeah the jet-ski wouldn't be a problem.

I would say yeah, go get one we never had any problems with ours. Only downside is how much gas they take in, but those new ones have the available diesel engine and those are pretty good on gas mileage.

not reliable or roomy compared to competition but great vehicle overall and it's a JEEP so if u go off-roading best of the bunch avoid the V-8 not much quicker and sucks gas( SORRY no more Cherokee but a good used one would be a good truck it is small inside tho in*** ref to previous answer) while i am at it you can have V-6 or I-6 the I stands for Inline (in a row) both Jeeps referred to are I-6 (also answer above)

Yeah... but I would not get a grand cherokee if they still make the plain jeep cherokee. I don't like the grand cherokee because it just looks less manly. The jeep cherokee has a powerfully inline v-6 and is truly powerful for its size.

A freind of mine has a jeep and she loves it. It'll work for towing jetskis, it's also easy enough to add a bike rack if you enjoying riding. A plus is that most of those body styles will have only mid-range insurance costs. Just like an Auto Insurance company taking a look at your driving record, they're going to look a tthe car itself. Jeep Gr isn't going to be as low as a chevy aveo, but won't cost you as much as a BMW.

Jeep Grand Cherokee's are one of the easiest vehicles to steal. I suggest you get a reliable alarm system and club.

Jeep is the best you'll buy.....I don't own one either but the rest of my family has....they have more than enough power to pull a boat and jet-ski's...ultra reliable, they can easily pass 250k miles not super roomy but it's enough. 4x4 of the year for 12 years straight.

P.S. xterra's blow

Aweful car - Jeep hasn't updated most of the basic components in several decades. Transmission, suspension, stearing components are archaic.

Check consumer reports and verify. You could hardly do worse.

Want reliability, room towing capability - probably Toyota is your best bet. Several options that would do the job.

it's a good suv for going out to the lake or camping. and it should tow 2 jet skis or a small boat. it's not the roomiest suv though.
