Do you mean a family member died or a g/f left you? Either way the only thing you can do is grieve and wait. Time will dull the pain It will never go away but soon you will be able to think/talk about the person w/o crying and maybe even laugh about good times together. Good luck and I have faith in you and your strength

It hurts a lot when someone leaves u. Im sorry we can't change that. I have a thery from "the dating diarys" that when someone leaves u it takes at least double the time u went out with them to get over it. My advice Try to forget about it take piano lessons or something to keep ur mind off it!

Get back into the social scene--not necessarily dating, but hanging out with friends. That will take your mind off the heartache. One of the best ways to heal a hurt is to get involved doing things for others. There is something healing about giving of oneself that I can't explain.
Finally, give yourself time, and don't be afraid to grieve. Grief is healthy and necessary, but eventually, you will move on.

You can't, Bra... and nothing anyone can say to you will make the pain easier to deal with.
Only time can lessen the pain.
Go hang out with your mates and have a few laughs... eventually you'll find someone else!!!
Good Luck!
Aloha!

you use it as motivation/inspiration/determination, makes you stronger, makes you smarter, makes you more aware of yourself. Some of my best work has come from intense feelings of loss and grief
