CLick on their name. If they are accepting e-mail contact, you'll see a link that says "e-mail dont_judge_etc"

If she has e-mail enabled, you can click on her icon next to the question and get to a screen which enables you to send a message. But persons attempting to contact me have not always succeeded in doing so, even though I specifed e-mail enabled.

Purchase banner ads on every major search engine. You will eventually make contact with them. Or.... the more difficult way would be to search for them using that SN in the search feature of the site where you first made contact with them.

If it isn't listed in her profile, she has elected not to communicate.
If she sees this, she may choose to respond. If her screen name was in the question, she might be more likely to see it rather than having to open the question up?
