Please provide exact location and main cross streets so I can look up on a map and actually get there. I am not from the Highlands area, just one of the closest beaches. Looking for blue crabs! Planning to go this weekend or evening this week.

yes via ripa st,right after hook bridge.also try bulkhead .go under sandy hook bridge ,make left along bay going north.a mile down road are two new bulkheads.make right at bank of america towards water.warning the bulkhead is a little bit high so have enough rope.dont cast far 3 feet maybe is enough.crabbing good also excellent fluking there as far as piers are concered they are gone.all properety in this area holding piers are private property or developed.these two spots are the limited access left for anglers.we are a forgoten group.go to these spots ,you will catch big crabs

Don't know about N.J. If ya ever make it out west (Oregon) I'll turn ya on to some of the best dungeness crab fishin in the world
