Dangerous and Stupid. Don't do it. You lose weight by more exercise and less food!

1) Laxatives are stimulants to help you get rid of the waste inside of your body faster than you would naturally.

2) They will not making you lose any fat.

The "weight" you lose all depends on how much you ate previous to taking the laxatives. If you ate 10 pounds of food then you will lose 10 pounds, if you ate 1 pound of food... you will lose 1 pound... but you will get rid of everything in your stomach from the last 4 days or so... thats left over I mean... fat? none. Don't think that you will, I am not lying.

How did I use them? I abused them. I don't even think I should tell you how I used them. Let me just tell you that I don't reccommend you taking them. People are in the hospital from taking them, people will die from taking them wrong and trying to lose weight.

You're still sane... Just find a better way to lose the weight..... how? diets? no... they'll drive you crazy. I hope this helps...

This is something that is recognized as an eating disorder. It will promote weight loss, but once you start eating food again without taking the laxatives, you'll retain more weight and it will really effect your metabolism. PLEASE do not take laxatives to lose weight. Try a balanced diet, something like Weight Watchers. It really works, and although it takes time to see all the weight come off, it is more likely to stay off.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

They don't work. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Most answers tell you to eat sensibly and exercise. If it was that easy, you woudn't have a problem would you??!!

Think about what situations make you eat; when you are angry, sad, anxious etc. When you have sorted that out, you can work on stopping the cravings by dealing with the situations.

This is not a quick fix, but it is a good start to control your weight.

Don't do it. I suffer from Bulimia and became addicted to them and they did alot of damage to my body. The loss of a few pounds is not worth a lifetime of problems. Trust me I deal with the choices I made everday.
