I know that God is there watching over us and helping us, but is there someone from above who is always watching our back? Or is that Jesus? Help. I'm confused.

yes there is. ghosts and angels have nothing better to do than be enraptured by human and material events. but also, don't forget about the tooth fairy and the easter bunny. they help us too.

some people have guardian angels, others have animals spirits and others have nothing. sometimes people have an animal spirit and they ignore it for christianity.
