On a recent trip to San Francisco, an Asian co-worker turned me on to a Chinese beer called TsingTao (prononces Ching-Dao). A Belgin brewer set up shop in China and used local ingrediants. Very light and refreshing, with a smooth finish.

I like Nut Brown Ale. It's best from a brewery fresh out of the keg, but if youwant it in bottles, the kind most available is Newcastle.
