Do Heads&Shoulders work?

Do you have to keep using it or stop when u got not much dandruff?

I use it everyday. Perferably I like the one that has the cooling effect... very nice on hot days like these...

Sometimes I give my hair a break and use a build-up remover, but yet works for me and I used to have pretty bad flakes.

Oh, and for the tangled hair, I use a detangling rinse at the end of my shower. That way any flakes that H&S had removed from my scalp are easily combed out. A fine tooth comb in the shower is a good thing to use too.

So use, H&S, then the detangler, and then comb out the residual flakes.

I would keep on using it until dandruff is all gone. If it's serious contact the good doctor.

Head and Shoulder shampoos are now formulated for frequent use and can replace your regular shampoo. it is best to use H&S regularly as you are treating a condition and not the cause of the condition. they rarely work as a once only treatment.

Try taking multivitamins once a day, eat more oily fish and set aside sometime to relax or daydream each day.

Actually it's been working for me. I believe you should use it regularly, even if the dandruff is going away.

I've tried it once and was not impressed. It took forever to get out all the tangles it left in my hair!

it worked good for me it took a few days to start working though i would also use frizz eze daily nourishment to add some mouisture to your scalp
