This is a very serious question. If you find that there is someone who seems to hate you and makes it thier hobby to do so you should try to figure out what is the motivation behind it. You need to ask if there was something you did, as perceived by them, to slight them. Did you make them angry somehow? Or is it more of a general hatred? Do they hate ALL people that have the same hair/dog/voice/etc as you? Or is this person just unstable and you are an unfortunate target (wrong place at wrong time)?
The most important thing to do is to inform the authorities if you feel you are in immediate danger. NEVER take matters into your own hands unless they are justifiable.

I have known people like that, since its illegal to do bodily harm to others in a civilized world, I have had no choice but to appeal to that persons sense of justice. Asking them what they want because its obvious what I represent to them is wrong. Confrontation with logic is generally the last thing they expect and the most devistating, so it is possible to reach a compromise while they are confused. Then hold them to that agreement.

I'd get away from them. I don't have time for people like that in my life. Life is short and I want to live it without being abused and without having to feel like I NEED to beat someone down. I just want to live and let live, so I'd just go on my way.

I would just take every opportunity to make them feel dumb by using intelligent but smart answers and remarks. As well as embarrass them any chance I got in front of other people even if it were me pointing out a buger in his nose exposing it's self! LOL
