You have to be mindful that your education will only open doors. However, you have to take the initiative to be successful. A person's own motivation will judge how far they go in life. Use your education as a stepping stone and drive yourself to go beyond or you'll find yourself settling for less. You have to want more, that is why people go to college, get their masters, PHD and so on. Always ask yourself "is there something more out there for me?" then find out.

For a given person, not necessarily that closely. But if you take the average success level, it'll be close to the average of the education. There is a relationship but not one-to-one.

I'm a believer in the more you know the farther you'll go. To me it's not really a matter of schooling education, but you should also factor in life skills and experiences and part of life's education.
