My standard breakfast is a smoothie:

8 oz juice (apple is my preferred)
1 scoop protein powder
1 banana
about 6 oz frozen fruit
1 carton yogurt

I really like using tropical fruit and pina colada yogurt.

To get my smoothies really thick like milkshakes I use some frozen fruit like a frozen banana or strawberries. Or you can add ice to make it thicker.
My favorite smoothies are fruity and tart like: tangerine juice, frozen banana, pineapple, and some tropical fruit like mango, papaya, guava, or passion fruit. (this is also good with plain or vanilla yogurt added)
I love the good ol' basic ones as well like: 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1 cup pineapple chunks, 1 frozen banana, 1 orange, juice of 1 lime.
