me and my cus.were talking and she said that she was confused i asked what about and she said that when some1 says that you are good in bed what does that mean (how are you supposed to be good in the bed)

"good in bed" means you're a good sexual partner. What's a good sexual partner? Someone who cares that the other person they are with is getting satisfied and excited; someone who doesn't just lie there and do nothing; someone who is willing to try new or different things and isn't hung up about "just this position" or some such thing; someone who is enthusiastic about sex and enjoys it as much as possible.
You don't necessarily have to be experienced to be good in bed (though it helps, 'cause we learn by experience) -- you just have to let go of some inhibitions, and thoroughly enjoy the person you're with. Give more than you get, and you'll get more back. :)
